Do you worry about your child becoming a victim of bullying? Are you concerned for the safety of your teens as they become more independent, are out at night after dark, or working with people you don’t know? Do you, as a parent feel responsible for defending your family, but don’t know where to start? Then this 90-minute seminar is for you! You and your child will learn several self-defense techniques as well as important boundary setting strategies when dealing with a bully (or bad guy). Are you or your child nervous to come because you have no experience? Perfect! This seminar is designed for families with no previous experience so you’re going to do great! Nervous because you or your child are not very physically fit? No problem, all the techniques will be fun and easy to learn for children and their parents regardless of their physical fitness level. This event is open to all ages, so bring the whole family! Comfortable workout attire is recommended.
